How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and go to Account → Billing. You can cancel or manage your plan from there. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Credit pack purchases are non-refundable since credits are consumed immediately. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you were charged in error, contact us at billing@smdg.app and we'll review your case.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app, go to Account → Settings. You can export all your skills as a ZIP archive, or request account deletion. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
My skill generation failed or got stuck
Try generating again — transient errors can happen with large files or network issues. If the problem persists, email support@smdg.app with the skill name and source file type. No credits are consumed for failed generations.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your source materials are processed and discarded — we don't store raw uploads after generation completes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which file formats are supported?
PDFs, Word docs (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), spreadsheets (.xlsx, .csv), plain text, markdown, HTML, subtitles (.srt, .vtt), audio files (via Whisper transcription), YouTube URLs, Vimeo URLs, and web page URLs.
How do I install a skill to my AI agent?
Use the CLI: smdg install --platform claude (or cursor, codex, copilot, gemini). Skills are copied to the correct directory for your platform. For chat-based platforms like ChatGPT or Claude.ai, download the file and upload it manually.
